Executive Assistant Location: Caterham Salary: £30 - £35Job Type: Full-Time (Office-Based)Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday We are seeking a proactive and organised Executive Assistant to provide high-level support within a dynamic environment. This role includes administrative duties, day-to-day accounting tasks, invoice processing, and month-end reporting.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar and meeting management.
  • Process invoices and manage day-to-day accounts.
  • Assist with month-end reports and QuickBooks data entry.
  • Maintain business records and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Liaise with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role within a high-profile, high-net-worth client background.
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and accounting tasks.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
