Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives in Crawley.

The rate of pay is from £11.44 up to £13.72 per hour.

Overtime is available!

You will need the be flexible to work 5 days a week, the hours of work are:
- 5am to 1:30pm
- 1pm to 9:30pm

Various night shifts are also available including 6pm - 6am working on a rotational basis.

Only full-time hours.

Your Time at Work

The responsibilities of a Production Operative include:

- Checking inflight supplies to be loaded.
- Manual handling of products.
- Maintaining excellent health and safety practices.
- Searching, sealing, and dispatching the crew and customer food to the service delivery team ready for loading onto the trucks
- Manual handling/bending and reaching as your normal job duties will be in a chilled environment.

Our Perfect Worker

Our ideal Production Operative will be confident working towards deadlines and supporting other areas of the business when required to maintain the production/dispatch schedule.

They will maintain a clean workstation and have a keen eye for detail to screen supplies.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
