Description
- Lead and manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow and manage financial risk.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure financial goals are met.
- Oversee internal controls and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team.
- Liaise with external auditors and manage audits and tax filings.
- Prepare financial models and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies.
Profile
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience with financial analysis and financial modeling.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
- In-depth understanding of financial regulations and best practices.
- Proficient in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Excel).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Possibly studying towards an Accountancy.
- May have previous Finance Manager experience.
Job Offer
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
