About the Role:An established and impactful charity in the Crawley area is seeking a Head of Finance to play a critical role in managing its financial operations. Working closely with the CEO and Treasurer, and overseeing a Finance Assistant, this part-time role offers an opportunity to make a real difference in the community while enjoying flexible hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Oversee annual audit preparations and liaise with auditors.
  • Monitor income, expenditure, and cash flow.
  • Manage cash deposits and ensure financial compliance.
  • Provide financial figures to support grant applications and fundraising efforts.
  • Prepare reports and attend bi-monthly finance meetings.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the values of the organization.
