Client Services Specialist

We are looking for a proactive Client Services Specialist to support an assigned Sales Consultant in managing client portfolios and policy renewals. You will be the first point of contact for client and provider queries, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Handle client and provider queries, maintaining professional relationships and ensuring timely responses.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee daily administration, including invoicing, claims, and communication materials for assigned portfolios.
  • Renewal Coordination: Gather and manage data for policy renewals, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Compliance: Maintain accurate client records and adhere to industry regulations, including FCA guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Support Sales Consultants with new business opportunities and assist in training new team members.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exposure to either Risk or Health products.
  • Understanding of employee benefits.
