Paraplanner Opportunity - Hybrid Working Model (3 days WFH, 2 days in the office)

We are currently recruiting for a Paraplanner on behalf of a well-established financial planning firm that operates a hybrid structure, with the flexibility to work 3 days from home and 2 days in the office.

Our clients office is based in Horley, Surrey.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the financial planning team to deliver high-quality financial advice and services to clients.
  • Assist in preparing meeting notes, conducting research, and supporting the delivery of advice.
  • Work with stakeholders to help achieve the team’s financial objectives.
  • Provide essential briefings to financial planners on client matters ahead of meetings.
  • Engage directly with clients to gather necessary information and clarify details.
  • Share best practices with colleagues and contribute to improving processes and tools.

Package:

  • Salary: Competitive, up to £55,000
  • Bonus: Annual discretionary performance-based bonus
