E-Commerce Specialist
Based in Crawley, West Sussex
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Office-based role
Our wholesale distribution client who delivers to clients across the South East and London and provide a full fitting service in selected areas is seeking an E-Commerce specialist to join them.
Working within and alongside an experienced sales team, you will be responsible for handling a broad range of E-Commerce activities. This is an office-based role.
Main duties include:
- Manage all online platforms including Amazon and eBay to achieve business targets
- Develop and implement effective strategies to boost E-Commerce sales
- Manage pricing on all online platforms
- Monitor performance of online sale websites and customer data
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve website performance
- Create and optimise product listings, content, and maintenance
- Monitor changes in product sales
- Stay up to date with latest E-Commerce trends
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities
- Respond to enquiries from websites and online platforms
Essential skills & experience:
- SEO and content management
- Project management
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage time and workload effectively
- Customer service

This role would suit candidates with E-Commerce and creative experience who would utilise their skills in a variety of projects.
Hours - Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Benefits
