Job Description:

Here at Reed, we are recruiting for a well-established client in West Sussex who are looking for a HR Administrator to join there team and help us achieve our HR goals. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team and ensuring that HR targets are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records
  • Process payroll and benefits administration
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding process
  • Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations and laws
  • Develop and maintain HR reports
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations
  • Stay up-to-date with new HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or similar role
  • Understanding of HR performance metrics
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with a high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
