Are you an experienced HR Administrator or an experienced Personal Assistant who has had experience of supporting HR Administration? Are you looking to work in a small, friendly business who value employee satisfaction? If so, then read on for a great opportunity in the Crawley area:
Day to day role:
- Tracking of employee training records ensuring up to date
- Updating employee contracts
- Tracking staff travel, expenses, holidayÂ
- Updating work instructions and forms, employee handbook
- Document control and storageÂ
- Managing HR inbox
- Ensuring test equipment is in calibrated state and items PAT tested
- Ensuring all company liability and employment certificates are up to date
- Assist with quality assurance audits
- Any other administration tasks aligned with HR and Quality team
Working hours:Â
- Tuesday to Thursday 8 hours within the hours of 8am and 6pm
Salary and benefits:
- FTE salary £30k per annum
- Parking on site
- 25 days holiday FTE
