What you'll be doing:

As the MI & Insights Lead you will be responsible for the development and production and distribution of all management inform and data analytics for the COO area. Ensure that the all output of the team is accurate and timely.

  • Manage and develop the, MI and insights team in line with company processes
  • Lead and mentor the team
  • Develop successors within the area.
  • Support in the production of all operational, COO, Trustee and Board reports for the area.
  • Provide active ongoing insights around our data.
  • Implement new ways of work and innovation in the production of MI and business forecasts.

What we’re looking for:

  • Management Experience
  • Have a thorough knowledge of MI production and data analysis
  • Experience in implementing new way of working
  • Experience in data insights and visualisation production
  • Demonstratable experience of working across multiple functions within an organisation, creating relationships and exhibiting great stakeholder management
  • Use of data analytics and visualisation tools
