A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, customer focused, and proactive administrator to join a friendly, collaborative team at their beautiful modern offices in Crawley.

This busy and varied role will see you providing an effective sales order processing function, completing administration tasks and providing excellent customer service. Your main duties will include:
- Answering inbound customer service calls and emails, and dealing with enquiries efficiently
- Entering and managing customer orders on the system
- Completing general account administration, raising credits, monitoring courier information and delivery disputes, commercial invoicing, arranging same-day deliveries
- Chasing couriers on delayed deliveries
- Organising freight arrangements
Your positive 'can do' attitude, ability to build strong working relationships, high attention to detail and previous experience of processing orders will enable you to excel in this role.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 08.45am - 5.15pm, salary up to 28,000 dependent on experience. Benefits include company bonus, 28 days holiday (including bank holidays and rising with service) plus your birthday off, free onsite parking, private healthcare etc
