Charity People are delighted to be working in partnership with a fantastic Crawley based Hospice to find their new Partnerships Fundraising Manager.

Their vision is a world where everyone can face death informed, supported, and pain-free. They are committed to pioneering standards in expert support and care for anyone facing death and bereavement. They are there for people living in West Sussex and East Surrey, offering both physical and emotional support to those living with a life-limiting or terminal condition and their families.

Their expert teams care for people at home, in their Wellbeing centre and on their wards, They are on hand to support those facing death and loss. They also offer bereavement and carer support to their loved ones.

Partnerships Fundraising Manager

Hours: Part-time, 30 hours per week
Location: Hybrid Crawley and home-based (at least 50% in the office)
Salary: Pro rata £31,276 - £33,552

About The Role

This role is key in helping us drive growth across multiple revenue streams, with a strong focus on Corporate Partnerships and Trust Fundraising. This is a leadership role, and will suit an experienced and confident individual who can empower a brilliant team of four to succeed, while also growing their own portfolio of fundraising partnerships. You will play a key role in engaging and inspiring high-value supporters, developing compelling proposals, and ensuring an exceptional supporter experience in alignment with our mission, vision, and values.

You will lead a new phase of corporate partnerships bringing in new funders, and delivering exceptional account management, oversee success with Trust and Foundation income, and deliver innovative fundraising campaigns.

About you

We are looking for an ambitious fundraiser, one who can bring proven experience in leading corporate partnerships and trust fundraising initiatives, as well as experience in supporting and nurturing high-performing teams. You will need exceptional communication skills, an ability to work collaboratively, can build meaningful and long lasting relationships, and possess string financial acumen and budgeting skills.
