We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant / Support Worker to join their vibrant team, supporting young adults with neurological disorders and learning disabilities in the local community.
The Role
As a Carer, youll work a Saturday shift, focusing on person-centred care. With visits to just one or two service users per shift, youll have the chance to form meaningful connections and create happy, valuable life experiences. My client prides themselves on a person-centric approach, pairing carers with those being supported based on shared interests, hobbies, and personalities.
What Were Looking For
Were seeking someone who:
- Has a fun and positive outlook on life.
- Brings compassion and empathy to their work.
- Has prior care experience (preferred, but not essential).
- Lives close to Crawley, West Sussex.
- The right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).
- Holds a full UK/EU/EEA driving licence and has access to their own vehicle (some local travel may be required).
