Reed HR are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our esteemed client in the aviation sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in Crawley, supporting various HR functions and contributing to the smooth operation of the department.

Contract: 12 month fixed-term. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Handle employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
