Our client, a well-established Financial Advice firm in Horsham, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Manager and experience managing a small team of HR Advisers.
CIPD qualification is preferred, and while experience in Financial Services is ideal, it is not a strict requirement.
Candidates must be based locally to Horsham, as the role requires being in the office 3-4 days per week.
The position offers a base salary of approximately £42,000 to £50,000, along with benefits and bonuses.

Our client is a successful and established Financial Advice firm in Horsham and they are currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to join the team

We are looking for at least 3 years experience as a HR Manager running a small team of HR Advisers and ideally someone who is CIPD

The ideal candidate will come from Financial Services although this is not essential

Must be based local to Horsham as you will be required to be in the office 3-4 days per week

Base circa £42-50000 plus benefits and bonus
