Our client, a successful Financial Advice firm in Horsham, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team.
The position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience managing a small team of HR Advisers.
Ideally, candidates should hold a CIPD qualification and have a background in Financial Services, though this is not mandatory.
The role necessitates being based locally to Horsham, with an in-office requirement of 3-4 days per week.
The base salary for this position is approximately £42,000 to £50,000, plus benefits and bonuses.

Our client is a successful and established Financial Advice firm in Horsham and they are currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to join the team

We are looking for at least 3 years experience as a HR Manager running a small team of HR Advisers and ideally someone who is CIPD

The ideal candidate will come from Financial Services although this is not essential

Must be based local to Horsham as you will be required to be in the office 3-4 days per week

Base circa £42-50000 plus benefits and bonus
