Key responsibilities will include:
- Proactively address employee relations issues, from disciplinary matters to grievances.
- Coach managers around change management and performance management.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to develop and implement innovative HR processes and initiatives.
- Communicate and implement HR policies and execute wellbeing initiatives.
- Drive the Global Mobility programme.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Experience of working in a generalist HR role within a global organisation.
- Strong ability to collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- A strategic, analytical mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
