Are you passionate about fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee engagement? Our client is looking for a proactive People Partner to partner with their business leaders and drive HR initiatives that make a real difference to their organisation.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively address employee relations issues, from disciplinary matters to grievances.
  • Coach managers around change management and performance management.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team to develop and implement innovative HR processes and initiatives.
  • Communicate and implement HR policies and execute wellbeing initiatives.
  • Drive the Global Mobility programme.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Experience of working in a generalist HR role within a global organisation.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • A strategic, analytical mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
