We're currently seeking a Service Desk Administrator to join our client on an ongoing basis. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in our service operations, handling email inquiries, taking inbound calls, and ensuring seamless coordination of engineering appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the email inbox for customer inquiries and respond promptly and professionally.
- Handle inbound calls from customers, aiding and resolving issues effectively.
- Log service requests and job details accurately into the system.
- Coordinate with the engineering team to book and reschedule appointments as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of the service desk.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
