Location: Outskirts of Crawley - will need to drive to get to office

The Role:As a Senior Product and Packaging Designer, you will be at the forefront of designing and artwork for retail packaging. With over 7 years of experience in designing for retail, you will produce creative and commercial designs tailored to our clients' needs. You will be expected to stay ahead of market trends, compiling trend forecast packs and presenting your findings to help inform future designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design concepts for new products
- Create 3D models and visuals for new and conceptual products
- Design and produce 3D printed materials
- Create artwork for products and packaging
- Compile trend packs and conduct NPD research
- Create customer presentations for sales pitches
- Lead and collaborate with junior designers on projects
Required Skills and Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in packaging design and artwork for retail
- Proficient in Adobe CC for Mac (Illustrator, Photoshop, Dimension, InDesign)
- Experience with Fusion 360 or similar 3D modeling software
- Able to provide your portfolio of work
- Skilled in creating cutter guides and 3D rendering
- Knowledge of basic MS Office tools
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience leading projects and mentoring junior designers
