- Initial Training (3 months) day shifts: 7.30am - 4pm
- Temporary Afternoon Shift Hours: 11.30am - 8pm
- Permanent Evening Shift Hours: 3.30pm - 1.45am
- Carry out all production operations accurately and in a timely fashion. These production activities will include working on bottling, disgorging and labelling lines & general cellar activities.
- Operate and supervise automatic and manual transferring activities.
- Carry out riddling activities.
- Forklift operation, moving and stacking of bottling and TSR cages in a safe and organised manner.
- Accurately complete all work orders and related record keeping documents to ensure full traceability in the process.
- Maintain the warehouse and production facility in a tidy state - take initiative to clean debris, rubbish and broken glass as needed.
- Point of contact for all deliveries, receive, store and accurately complete all related "Goods In" records.
- Prepare and load pallets and goods for sending to external sites.
- Organisation and maintaining a correct storage for all finished goods, packaging and dry goods pallets.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is essential.
- Willing to work night shifts after the initial 3-month training period.
- Ability to operate a counterbalance Forklift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
