Salary: £29,000 - £35,000 + Hybrid working

The Role

As a Client Support Administrator, you’ll ensure the efficient and accurate processing of business while providing first-class service to clients. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting financial planners and clients alike, ensuring processes run smoothly and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive administrative support to seamlessly onboard new clients.

Prepare for client reviews, including updating cash flow models, investment performance reviews, and producing comprehensive reports.

Assist in trading activities, including new business, rebalances, and plan amendments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

Communicate with clients via telephone, email, and letters, building lasting relationships.

Work collaboratively with the administrative team to prepare applications and keep clients informed throughout their journey.

Liaise with external advisers, such as solicitors and accountants, to implement agreed action plans.
