Sales Team leader (Construction, Building Merchants) - Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the sales team to become more efficient in qualifying and
    managing the sales leads.
  • Recruiting and training of internal sales consultants and monitoring sales against
    sales targets.
  • Analyse the existing sales processes and procedures and provide guidance
    to the internal sales team to increase sales.
  • Identifying marketing trends, opportunities, and reporting these to the marketing
    department to develop new strategies.
  • Improve relationships with current partners and identify new partners and sales
    channels.

Experience and Personal Qualities Required - Sales Team leader(Construction, Building Merchants):
  • Experience in technical sales management selling into the construction,
    building merchant, home building or similar industries.
  • Experience in developing sales teams in dealing with sales leads effectively.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills are required.
  • Proven track record for increasing sales, identifying and creating new sales channels
    and managing internal sales teams.
  • Confident phone manner and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage
    workloads efficiently.
  • Proficiency in sales and CRM software including all Microsoft programmes.
    Ability to work independently and within a team.
