Role: Site Manager
Salary: 55,000/75,000 + Package
Location: Nationwide
Our client an establsihed contractor have secured several framework agreements for majorhigh street and supermarket chains, now have a need for additonal SIte Managers to join them on a permanent basis to work on schemes throughout the UK
Main Responsibilities
You will need to be able to demonstrate:
- Direct, plan, motivate and monitor the project teams
- Produce scopes of works document from given brief or drawings
- Plan and agree scheme phasing details with the design team
- Continually monitor supplier quotations against rates
- Attend and manage on-site scheme phases
- Attend scheme design team meetings as necessary
- Perform site surveys
- Ensure Health & Safety is compliant at all times
Qualifications
- SMSTS
- First Aid Certificate
- Asbestos Awareness
- Black CSCS card
