Our client, a leading supplier of cutting-edge AV equipment, is looking for a talented Service Engineer to join their dynamic team in Crawley.

Key Responsibilities:
- Fault-find and repair AV equipment down to component level.
- Carry out intricate soldering tasks (1.5mm), including fine detail work and chip set replacements on PCB boards.
- Swap out LED diodes on display panels and perform PAT testing.
- Work from circuit schematics to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure all repairs meet the highest standards, maintaining the company's reputation for quality.
The Candidate:
- Strong soldering skills, especially with fine components.
- Proven experience in PCB repair and component-level fault finding.
- Ability to read and interpret circuit schematics.
- PAT Testing experience is desirable.
- A proactive, hardworking individual with excellent attention to detail.
- A robust character, able to work well under pressure and within a close-knit team.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
The Package:
- Competitive salary 28,000 - 33,000pa DOE.
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing by 1 day for every year of service (up to 25 days).
