The ideal person will act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions and that products/services are delivered successfully and on time. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the market and the ability to maintain long-term client relationships.

Day to Day tasks of the Role:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Address client enquiries and concerns promptly, providing high-quality customer service.
  • Understand and anticipate client needs, offering customised solutions to achieve their objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products and services.
  • Monitor account performance, analysing data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on account status, including performance metrics and strategic insights.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximise profit while maintaining strong partnerships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge. Full training will be provided.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as an Account Manager or similar client-facing role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Keen analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
