As a PA/Office Manager, your duties will include:

- Managing diaries, schedules and appointments for senior managers- Booking travel arrangements and organising meetings and events- Handling correspondence, phone calls and emails on behalf of senior managers- Preparing reports, presentations and documents- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff members- Supervising and training administrative staff- Ordering office supplies and equipment- Maintaining office policies and procedures- Ensuring health and safety and security standards are met

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience as a PA/Office Manager or a similar role- Proficient in MS Office and other software applications- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks- Attention to detail and accuracy- Discretion and confidentiality
