Key Responsibilities:
-Provide general administrative support to the team
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications (calls, emails, post)
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
- Assist with data entry and document preparation
- Process and handle invoices and orders
- Support other departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Ensure the smooth running of daily office operations
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential
