Our award-winning client is currently looking for a dedicated Compliance Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.About the Role:As a Compliance Administrator, you will support the maintenance and improvement of the company's quality management system. Your focus will be on ensuring that the company adheres to established industry standards. You will work alongside various departments to help ensure processes meet required guidelines and support continuous improvement efforts.Key Responsibilities for the Compliance Administrator:

  • Assist in maintaining the quality management system, ensuring it aligns with relevant standards
  • Help conduct internal audits and quality reviews to identify areas for improvement
  • Stay informed on industry standards and regulatory requirements to support ongoing compliance
  • Assist in coordinating with external auditors and certification bodies during audits and reviews
  • Work with different teams to integrate quality management practices into daily operations
  • Manage and organise documentation related to compliance activities, ensuring they are accurate and accessible
  • Support the training of staff on compliance-related matters and promote best practices

Skills, Experience & Requirements:

  • Some experience in quality management systems or compliance roles is preferred
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in IT, especially in Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach
  • Awareness of ISO 9001 and other industry standards is a plus
  • Proactive and willing to learn, with a focus on problem-solving
  • Essential: A driving licence and own vehicle are required due to the location
