Job Title: Compliance AssistantLocation: CrawleyWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00Contract Type: TemporaryKey Responsibilities:- Assist the manager with the implementation and monitoring of compliance policies and procedures.- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to audits, inspections, and internal reviews.- Support in the preparation of reports, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.- Monitor and track corrective actions, ensuring timely resolution of compliance issues.- Assist in maintaining ISO documentation and compliance registers.- Help coordinate training sessions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.- Liaise with internal departments to ensure alignment with compliance objectives.- Support the organisation during external audits or inspections.- Perform general administrative dutiesRequirements:- Previous experience in a compliance, or administrative support role (desirable).- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
