Key Responsibilities:

Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and enhancing student learning.
Provide individualised and small group support to students requiring extra help.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere.
Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a well-structured environment.
Assist in organising teaching materials and classroom resources.
Offer support to students with special educational needs (SEN) as needed.
Participate in school events, activities, and meetings with parents as required.

Requirements:
