As an Assistant Project Manager / Project Coordinator, you'll be the glue that holds the software delivery team together. You'll help ensure smooth, efficient project delivery across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), while keeping everyone informed, on-track, and focused on the end goal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate delivery schedules
- Facilitate meetings to gather business requirements and technical estimates
- Collaborate with Engineering stakeholders to maintain a robust delivery roadmap
- Track progress, flag blockers, and support teams to stay on course
- Coordinate quality reviews and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement
- Be the vital communication bridge between technical teams and stakeholders
- Prepare status reports and escalate risks early
- Keep meticulous records to ensure quality standards for all releases
What You'll Bring:

- A proven ability to manage project delivery timelines and stakeholder expectations
