We’re currently working with Crawley Borough Council to recruit an experienced Older Persons Scheme Manager to lead a vital service that enhances the quality of life for older and vulnerable residents.

This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality, resident-focused housing management and working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the well-being and promote the independence of all tenants provided with the Older Person’s Support Service
  • To take appropriate action in cases of failing self-dependence or increasing ill health
  • To sustain the tenancy by engaging appropriate agencies and support networks
  • To be responsible for health and safety requirements
  • To encourage and support all residents to take an active part in the sheltered housing community
  • This role is ideal for someone with a background in housing or supported living, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of older and vulnerable residents.
