We are seeking Multi Traders for a social housing contract in the Crawley area.
This is a temp to perm position, leading to a permanent contract after 6 months of work.
Candidates must have social housing experience and a qualification in carpentry or plumbing.
The pay rate is £20 per hour, totaling £664 a week based on a 42.5 hour work week.
A full UK driving license and own tools are required for this role.

We are currently looking for Multi Traders to work on a social housing contract in the Crawley area. This is a temp to perm role where you will be offered a permanent contract after 6 months work. The job will be carrying out reactive maintenance within tenanted properties, using a PDA and speaking to tenants and planners daily, so good communication skills are essential.

The rate of pay is £20 per hour, £664 a week take home, based on a 42.5 hour week.

Requirements:

Social housing experience
Carpentry Or Plumbing Qualification
Full UK driving licence
Own tools
