A Day in the Life of a Social Worker: Join our team as a Social Worker and make a real difference in the lives of male patients within a low/medium secure forensic hospital. Your core responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive social assessments and risk evaluations.

• Developing and implementing tailored care and treatment plans.

• Delivering evidence-based interventions and supporting rehabilitation.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses.

• Maintaining accurate and detailed clinical records in line with compliance standards.

• Staying up to date with the latest best practices in forensic mental health care.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Current and valid registration with Social Work England.

• Forensic experience is ideal but not essential.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Commitment to delivering high-quality mental health & social care.
