The Role:

We are seeking a Welfare Officer to join a vibrant secondary school on a supply basis until at least May half-term, while the school looks to appoint permanently. You will be the first point of contact for students and staff requiring medical attention, handling situations such as fainting, broken bones, and other first-aid incidents with confidence and professionalism.

What We're Looking For:

* Medical background - paramedic, nursing, or previous welfare officer experience * Ability to stay calm under pressure and take charge in emergencies* Experience leading on-site medical situations* A valid First Aid Certificate (or willingness to refresh your training - provided if needed)
