About the Role:

Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work in our partner schools across East Grinstead. You will support pupils with additional learning needs, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their potential in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with learning difficulties or SEN.
  • Assist the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and managing behaviour.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Help with the preparation of learning materials and classroom activities.
Requirements:
