This is an exciting opportunity to work across a varied portfolio spanning offices, industrial, retail, and residential managed blocks, providing expert advice to landlords, investors, and occupiers.
About the role:
This position offers a balanced mix of project and professional work, including:
- Pre-acquisition surveys and technical due diligence
- Dilapidations and lease advisory
- Contract administration and project management
- Schedules of condition and building pathology
- Planned maintenance and refurbishment projects
- You'll be working closely with clients and senior leadership, delivering high-quality advice and ensuring smooth project delivery.
About you:
We're looking for a proactive and client-focused Building Surveyor who is:
- MRICS qualified with solid experience in commercial property
- Confident across both professional services and project work
- A strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Organised and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple projects
- Keen to contribute to the growth and success of the business
