We are looking for an M&E Supervisor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an M&E Supervisor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
As the M&E Supervisor, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The M&E Supervisor, will be responsible for:
- Lead for all hard service disciplines across site
- Ensure all Statutory and Mandatory elements of the contract and relevant standards are achieved
- To provide dedicated support to the Facilities Management team ensuring the highest standard of services are provided to the client and customers
- Support the FM to improve and enhance stakeholder relationships
- Provide FM resilience across the Crawley site
- Optimise systems and processes to maximise efficiencies of teams and reduce energy consumption
- To develop understanding of the contract commercial and deliverable frameworks as part of development
- Continual management of PPM and reactive tasks, ensuring tasks are completed in line with the agreed SLA and KPIs
- Operational and line management of the engineering team to ensure best productivity
- PDA training, development and auditing with on site team
- To drive & encourage 100% PDA usage
- Complete and maintain the training matrix for site engineers
To be successful for this M&E Supervisor role you must have:
- Experience of building maintenance
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements within a building environment.
- Have a proactive approach to maintenance and building management.
- Confident, driven and pro-active.
- Able to do the job right and do it right first time, within a pre-determined timescale.
- Willingness to undertake further training.
- Ability to provide a schedule of works for identified additional/remedial works.
- Writing and following risk and method statements as required on a daily basis.
- Provide excellent customer service to building occupants, ensuring they are made aware of work order progress in a timely manner.
- Good knowledge of building Statutory Compliance.
- Must hold a full UK driver's license.
