Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the management team to provide general administrative assistance
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system and databases to ensure accurate data
  • Conducting data entry for biannual stock takes
  • Liaise with suppliers and clients to ensure seamless operations, confirm delivery dates and inform customers of updates
  • Collaborate with the sales and purchasing teams to implement pricing
  • Support the office team during busy periods with invoicing and filing
  • Manage purchase orders from initiation to delivery
  • Maintain records of all import and courier transactions
  • Provide general support across various departments to keep tasks and projects on track
  • Conduct supplier audits and compliance checks as needed
  • Review and analyse stock levels, promotions, and customer trends
  • Update the Sage system with price adjustments and maintain accurate stock data
  • Oversee promotions established by the Director, utilising systems to report purchasing trends and effectiveness

Essential skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Confident and proactive working style
  • Effective time and workload management
  • Proficiency in IT, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Previous experience working within an office setting
