Role: Administrative Assistant
Location: Crediton
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 P/A.

Roles and Responsibilities
Your role will include:
- Client & Supplier Liaison: Serve as the friendly voice and primary contact for clients and suppliers, handling calls and emails with professionalism and warmth.
- Office Coordination: Ensure our office operates smoothly by organising supplies, managing deliveries, and maintaining a tidy and professional workspace.
- Purchase Orders: Create and issue purchase orders to suppliers and subcontractors accurately, ensuring all documentation is correct and our IT systems are up-to-date.
- Administrative Excellence: Support essential tasks such as uploading invoices, maintaining records, and creating documents to ensure seamless operations.
- Team Support: Assist managers and colleagues by proofreading, filing, and preparing documents as needed.
- Estimating Assistance: Aid the estimating team by organising tender documents and preparing estimate files.
