About the role:We have some exciting opportunities for Manufacturing / Factory Operators to join our dedicated team at our Crediton site as we look to increase the volumes we produce.As part of our small Factory team, you will play a crucial role in making, producing and packing our products. This is a busy role and one where you'll be involved in all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring that every sweet meets our rigorous quality standards.What you'll be doing:• Measuring and weighing ingredients• Operating equipment/machinery• Issuing and storing goods and materials• Ensure machinery is cleaned to a high standard• Perform routine quality checks to maintain our high standards, including taste panels and customer feedback.• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain a clean, organised workspace.• Support our Multi-Skilled Operators with line setup.• Adhere to strict Health and Safety guidelines at all times.• Contribute to achieving team KPIs by working efficiently and collaboratively.What we are looking for:• Reliability: You consistently show up , get the job done well and have a strong work ethic.• Accurate: Good attention to detail is key and you are precise in your work.• Methodical: You’re thorough and organised.• Team workers: You bring energy to the team and can help others around you to perform and be their best.• English Level 2: For clear communication and adherence to safety protocols.• Manufacturing experience: A plus but not essential; we’re happy to train you if you are the right person!Shift Details:• Hours: Full time hours are Monday to Friday, 6.15am to 3pm, .• You must be able to get to our site in Crediton.What we offer:• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.• Generous employee discount on all our sweet treats and those within the wider group!• Training on the job and the opportunity to develop further if you want to.• Casual dress code - stay comfortable while you work.• Free refreshments.• Company pension scheme.• Typically, Monday - Friday working hours.• Free on-site parking.• Full PPE.If you want to work in a fun, fast paced environment, we want to hear from you!.
