Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Conveyancing Executive If you've been considering a change of scene, and would be interested in joining a small, supportive property team at a well-established law firm in Devon, I'd like to hear from you! This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (35 hours per week). On offer is a competitive salary based on your experience, along with a welcoming and collaborative work environment. You’ll be handling a busy, mixed caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing case files, keeping clients and third parties updated and making sure all regulatory requirements are met. I'm looking to speak to someone with experience in a fast-paced residential conveyancing environment who understands the ins and outs of complex transactions. Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures is a must, along with excellent communication skills - you’ll be liaising with clients regularly, so a friendly and professional approach is key. Attention to detail is crucial, as accuracy and confidentiality are at the heart of what the firm do. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, and confident in prioritising your workload.
