This South England Authority are looking for a Qualified Senior Lawyer. Details of the role are:
The team requires an experienced civil litigation lawyer to assist our busy team with a varied caseload including property litigation, highways and general civil litigation (including debt recovery and judicial review proceedings). There will be an expectation of some supervision to junior members of the team.
Candidates with previous Local Government experience will be essential as this is a fast paced role and will require the successful candidate to take on an immediate and complex caseload.
Experience of advising in criminal litigation, planning enforcement and/or education matters will be useful but not essential.
To apply for this role you must have:
- A relevant Law qualification (LLB/LLB )
- Relevant Local Government experience as a Lawyer
- Be eligible to work within the UK
