Admin Assistant

Please note this is an office-based role - working hours are 8.30-5.00 Monday to Friday.
Your role will include but not limited to:
- Submitting finance applications to our panel of funders once a sale is made by the sales team.
- Ensuring finance documents are sent out and completed following finance approval.
- Updating CRM and customers with lead times for vehicles on order.
- Arranging vehicle deliveries.
- Submitting delivery paperwork to funders within set SLA’s.
- Supplier database maintenance.
- Managing customer service enquiries.
- Help foster and develop strong client relationships.
- Arranging vehicle collections.
- Managing customer queries and extension/renewal/early lease termination quotes.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Phone friendly.
- A confident communicator who easily builds rapport.
- A positive mindset and a ‘can do’ approach.
- Have strong attention to detail.
- Highly organised
