Job Advert: Administrative Assistant Level 2 Location: Warrington, Cheshire Contract: 6-month contract (inside IR35), 37.5 hours per week (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch) Pay Rate: £13.32 per hour Start Date: ASAP, no later than 27th January 2025 About the Role We are seeking six skilled Administrative Assistants to support a crucial project during a period of transition back to manual processes. This role will involve task management, vendor coordination, and administrative support to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities Manage tasks through a task management system. Assign jobs to vendors and maintain effective relationships with them. Follow up on deadlines and resolve vendor issues. Support Statement of Work (SOW) processes and other administrative duties. Perform manual administrative tasks as part of operational adjustments. Use Excel for data entry and reporting. Skills and Experience Required Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Experience managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, or external stakeholders. Ability to professionally handle challenging or frustrated individuals. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Customer interaction experience via phone and email, with strong writing skills. Interview Process One-stage telephone interview with two interviewers.
