- Support the department in all service, repair and warranty administration and invoicing
- Support the site engineers with site requirements, equipment, documentation and information
- Setup and revise service agreements as required, updating databases
- Liaise with subcontract service providers and raise purchase orders where necessary
- Generate quotations for parts and remedial works and follow up
- Customer Communication Skills to deal with internal and external customers
- Strong prioritisation and organisation skills
- Ability to manage own workload and use initiative
- Maintain client relationships and manage client expectations
- Open minded individual, open to learning mechanical/electrical terminology
