We are seeking a dedicated Business Support Advisor professional to join our international client based in Crewe. This role involves managing customer orders, handling purchase orders, and ensuring efficient dispatch and invoicing of goods, all through the use of SAP. The ideal candidate will be a central point of contact for customer and internal queries, providing reliable support and performing general administrative duties.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Process customer orders efficiently using SAP.
  • Raise and manage purchase orders through SAP.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Invoice orders promptly after goods are dispatched.
  • Communicate with customers regarding any changes in delivery dates.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to email queries with professionalism.
  • Create part codes in SAP once trained.
  • Assist colleagues with stock inquiries and provide support using SAP.
  • Perform other general administrative tasks as required on an ad hoc basis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in using SAP for various business functions.
