Job Title: Campaign Manager
Pay Rate: £27.88 - £31.10 PAYE Only (dependant on exp)
Duration: 07/2025
Location: Crewe
Shift patterns/office based: 35 hours per week 9am -5pm Hybrid 3 days on site a week (not set days)
Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing content, including social media posts, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practises to drive innovation in campaign strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including agencies, suppliers, and partners.
Desired Skills:
- Proven experience as a Campaign Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practises, with a focus on digital channels.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and use insights to optimise campaigns.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
