Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing content, including social media posts, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practises to drive innovation in campaign strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including agencies, suppliers, and partners.

Desired Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Campaign Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practises, with a focus on digital channels.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and use insights to optimise campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
