Join our team as a Credit Controller at our head office located in Crewe. This role is perfect for individuals with excellent communication skills, experience in managing high volume inbound and outbound calls, and a keen eye for detail.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Cash Collection: Proactively chase all overdue B2B & B2C debts to ensure timely payment in accordance with set terms and credit limits.
  • Inbound Calls: Efficiently handle inbound calls from customers and internal queries.
  • Order Release: Regularly review and release stopped orders, collaborating with sales teams to resolve overdue balances or queries.
  • Query Management: Identify and resolve customer queries by liaising with sales teams to maintain high service levels.
  • Ledger Management: Conduct regular reviews of debt ledgers, perform account reconciliations, and manage unallocated cash.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a credit control role.
  • Strong capability in handling high volume calls.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
