Do you have experience with Sage?

We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our team in Stoke on Trent. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare regular reports on the status of outstanding debts

- Manage customer accounts

- Work closely with the sales and accounts teams to resolve customer queries

- Carry our credit checks

- Looking after invoices

- Maintenance of accurate records

- Implement and maintain effective credit control policies and procedures

Key Skills and Qualifications:

-Background in Credit Control or similar position

-Experience with Sage

-Any industry background
